I was fortunate enough present a workshop at the Resolution Institutes National Congress in September 2015.
It is always a bit nerve wracking presenting to your peers - other dispute resolution professionals but I find it keeps you sharp and real!! Either attending training and development or presenting training is a requirement to maintain my professional registration.
My topic was “Skills for exploring perceptions – reality testing”. It was a great conference and I was particularly engaged by the Key Note speaker Bill Wood QC from the UK. He was interesting and funny.
Check out his video on reality testing in Mediation as I think it is absolutely spot on!!
